Pruning sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/mach/configure*

This change:

2002-11-06  Roland McGrath  <roland@redhat.com>

        * configure.in: Add checks on as and ld for binutils 2.13 or
later.
        * configure: Regenerated.

Makes sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/mach/configure* irrelevant.  All it
contains is a check to make sure that as is newer than some binutils
2.11 version.
