libgcc-compat patch and gcc 2.95.4 on ppclinux

   I can confirm that HJ's patch to binutils does indeed resolve
the issue of building glibc 2.2.5 w/ the libgcc-compat patch
under gcc 2.95.4. The symbol conflict no longer occurs and the
resulting glibc passes all of make check and runs fine when installed.
Thus we shouldn't need any further changes.
