Fix linux configure.in for S390

Oh, <insert you favorite bad word here>! Andreas is right. Not that it
will change much but the problem was that my version of autoconf created
a bad configure from configure.in. So I "fixed" configure by hand but
fixed it differently compared to configure.in. Before I sent the patch I
removed the fix from configure again ... mea culpa. Sorry, folks!
