       Hi All, Please find below a testcase which upon running dumps core 
   at  handle_fildes_io() in aio_misc.c. The consistency of reproducing 
   this problem is around 1 in 5 times of running. The output of GDB is 
   also pasted below.

I could not reproduce this core dump with glibc-2.3.1 stable and
gcc-3.2.1.
