Trivial patch for glibc-2-2-branch

Hello

I just compiled the glibc-2-2-branch with gcc-3.2 and ran "make check".
All good, except for the already well known math test failures.

I see talk of a possible 2.2.6 release. If this is to happen, may I
suggest inclusion of the attached tiny patch from HEAD?

Even your own docs say don't use the library if the tests fail. This
issue is already a FAQ so why not just fix it?
