[PATCH] Fixup PPC symbol versioning for libgcc symbols

Ulrich,
    When you say to make sure it is compatible with
--enable-oldest-abi=2.3, your just referring to glibc 2.2.90
in trunk right? Not glibc-2-2-branch I assume. Are you
worried that that option will short circuit building the
libgcc-compat code in trunk? Just curious as the code in
both the both the trunk and glibc-2-2-branch form of the
patch is pretty much identical.
