Process shared semaphores with sem_init()?

Hi,

In the glibc documentation for sem_init(), under the section
POSIX Semaphores, the following is mentioned:

"    `ENOSYS'
          PSHARED is not zero.  LinuxThreads currently does not support
          process-shared semaphores.  (This will eventually change.)
"

Has anybody been working on implementing process-shared POSIX
Semaphores for glibc?
