Could you or Andreas please rename the file
    iconvdata/testdata/WINDOWS-1255..UTF-8
to
    iconvdata/testdata/WINDOWS-1255..UTF8

Under the current name, the testsuite silently ignores the file. It
has to end in "UTF8" because that's what's mentioned in the iconvdata/TESTS
file. Sorry I didn't notice that earlier.
