glibc-2.2.3-nss.diff uploaded

Since 9 out of 10 bug reports for glibc 2.2.3 are due to some last
minute changes that are fixed by the appended patch I've uploaded the
patch to ftp.gnu.org so that it gets distributed accordingly as
glibc-2.2.3-nss.diff.
