* include/endian.h: Define BIG_ENDI, LITTLE_ENDI, HIGH_HALF,
and LOW_HALF only if _LIBC is defined and _ISOMAC is not
defined.
* stdlib/isomac.c (fmt): Define _LIBC and _ISOMAC.
