first test release for glibc 2.2.3

Hi,
just downloaded pre1 and tested it on 31 and 64 bit linux for s/390.
Works fine but I got two errors on "make tests":

1) test-idouble on the 64 bit system. This is yet another compiler bug.
   Works with -O2, gives wrong results with -O3.
2) tst-setcontext. Isn't implemented for s/390 yet. As soon as I got
   that compiler bug nailed I take a look at it.
