We need a way to check if the run time libgcc_s is compatible. One
way to do is to add a function like, _Unwind_GetVersion. Then we can
put a check in crtstuff.c like
if (_Unwind_GetVersion () < THE_EARLIEST_COMPATIBLE_VERRSION)
abort ();
