Problematic linking between glibc and shared libgcc

	I was not arguing against -rpath.  In fact I think that is the
correct solution and I would support it.  I think that having no path to
the installation location of the shared library is wrong.

	I simply wanted to make sure that people were aware of the obscure
failure mode.
