[glibc x gettext] Bad po files ?

Couse maybe the problem is not where we think it is ?
I don't know enough about charsets at all to make an educated guess. Sorry.
I only know that zh_TW.po from glibc is not the only one that is giving me
problems. zh_TW from other applications (Xconfigurator, xchat, WindowMaker
etc).
