Running mtv 1.1.4-2 (I assume, I ran alien on it for my debian box and
it's 1.1.4-2 now) I do not see this problem. I can run just mtv by itself
and the menus work. I can also play a vcd (mtv /.../cd1.bin) or mpg (
mtv /.../foo.mpg). I'm running the glibc 2.1.95.deb hacked up to use
2.1.96.
