Supported locales list update

Don't bother. Nobody (repeat: NOBODY) uses the currency name in the
locale on POSIX locales. It is a silly committee invention. There is no
practical need for de_DE.UTF-8@euro. It is a waste of precious disk
space.

de_DE etc. will be changed from DEM to EUR in around 12-18 months time,
nobody will notice any difference, and the problem will be gone.

The interesting aspect of the @euro locales is that they are ISO8859-15,
not that they contain the other currency name.
