Aha - so there *are* some tests for strfmon.  I just didn't look hard
enough for them.  (Since there weren't any in ./stdlib, I did a
"locate strfmon | grep glibc".  It didn't occur to me that the name
might have been abbreviated.)

I'll work on a patch for the tests.  Hopefully will have something
ready in the next few days.
