Packaging linuxthreads_db

The packaging error I mentioned yesterday
(linuxthreads_db/thread_dbP.h, linuxthreads_db/shlib-versions and
linuxthreads_db/proc_service.h are missing) is correct[1] - but leads to
confusion.

glibc-2.1.3pre3.tar.bz2 does contain the linuxthreads_db directory but
the three files are missing.

glibc-linuxthreads-2.1.3pre2.tar.gz doesn contain the linuxthreads and
also linuxthreads_db directories.  This time the linuxthreads_db
directory is not missing any files.

Ulrich, is linuxthreads_db part of the core or is it part of
linuxthreads?  The current way where it's part of both (and even
broken) is not ok.
