glibc 2.1.3 and emacs

I just found out that this was caused by me forgetting to add
--prefix=/usr to glibc configuration.

Nevertheless, I would not expect to recompile Emacs when I update from
glibc 2.1.2 to 2.1.3. Instead, I would expect 100% binary
compatibility.
