Patch for glibc 2.1.3pre1

A last minute change to glibc 2.1.3 breaks linuxthreads.  There are
extra initializers in pthread.c now.

I'm appending the patch.  I'll commit the patch now to CVS so that
people testing via CVS have this version.  I ask everybody else who
tests 2.1.3pre1 to apply this patch.
