svcfd_create etc declarations?

We have svcfd_create (and a number of others, see below) implemented
in glibc and do export them - but nowhere is a prototype declaration
for them.  Where should we declare them?

Here's a list - together with the headers where they live on Solaris7:

Please note that <rpc/svc_soc.h> is missing in glibc.

What's the right place to add these prototypes?
