[rfc] enabling `sortlist' in libresolv?

Is there any reason not to enable sortlist in libresolv (adding
-DRESOLVSORT to resolv/Makefile)? I have a Debian bug report that
requests to enable this feature, and I'm kind of wondering why it isn't
enabled by default.
