mmap2 fix for s390.

Hi,
compiling for s390 on a kernel 2.2 based system currently doesn't work
because
of a bug in mmap64.S. Here is the patch:

2000-12-05  Martin Schwidefsky  <schwidefsky@de.ibm.com>

        * sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/s390/mmap64.S: Use mmap if mmap2 isn't
available.
