current CVS compile error

I don't understand in the moment why this is necessary.
__LINUX_KERNEL_VERSION is defined in the generated config.h which gets
included by libc-symbols.h which in turn gets included by a -include
gcc command line parameter.

I haven't built everything from scratch since I checked the changes in
but incremental compilation worked.
