glibc ja.po

Hi,

I translated glibc's ja.po (based on 2.1.2) on web:
http://www2.fe.dis.titech.ac.jp/~gotom/tmp/linux/glibc-2.1.2.po .

To be happened some troubles in GNU translation team (in detail,
I sent the disclaimer, but I was not assigned glibc's ja.po...),
I guess a few days are needed to process this ja.po in 
translation team. So post this .po file now.
