conflict between bits/resource.h and Linux kernels asm/resource.h

I have the same problem here. Running glibc 2.0.7-29 from RedHat 5.2.
Upgrading to the Linux Kernel 2.4.0-test5 result in problems
compiling some well known packages (procps, util-linux...), among
others.

It's sys/resource.h -> resourcebits.h

So, do you glibc developers consider 2.0.7 a version that shouldn't
be used? I'm really considering a Linux-install-from-0 now.

That's an old glibc version, we changed it for glibc 2.1.3.  Stig,
just upgrade to glibc 2.1.3.
