Linux/S390 Port

Hi,

I've checked in a first round of patches for Linux/S390 to the glibc
development version.  Don't try these patches for now, I've only
checked in three quarters of the patch I've got.  The current version
in glibc is not functional.  Martin has to resolve the rest and will
update it after his holiday.
