don't find kernel-future.h in glibc-2.1.3cvs

Hi!
I have the problem in glibc-2.1.3cvs,
so I got kernel-future.h from corrent glibc.
Please fix one.
Recently setrlimit.c is fixed which don't have kernel-future.h
