select in svc_run eliminated

Hello,

I have put a patch on 
ftp://ftp.suse.com/pub/people/kukuk/glibc/patches/sunrpc.poll.990716.diff

which eliminates the select call in svc_run. This patch is not complete
in the moment, but it works fine with more then 1024 file handles.
If somebody has problems with RPC and a large_fd kernel, please try
this patch.

The patch is a larger then needed, because it also contains some more
sunrpc code cleanup needed for the keyserv V3 protocol.
