Hi all,
the appended two bug reports from Ingo Buescher and Klaus Dittrich
contain both the same problem: The globtest in subdirectory posix
failed.
Anybody a clue what's broken?
Andreas

>Description:
The glibc-2.1 compiled without any problems, but when running
make check it failed in the posix directory with this error:
/bin/sh -e globtest.sh ../ ../elf/ \
ld-linux.so.2
- /tmp/globtest-out differ: char 1, line 1
make: *** [do-globtest] Error 1
I changed globtest.sh to ignore this problems and run make check
again -> no other problems.
BTW: Although I used --enable-omitfp I have the same problem when
building without this option. (I tried that before)

not a clue - I'm a marketing director - not a developer - sorry.
