Not everybody gets the announcements... or figures them out. I for one
heard people talking about several versions that I coudln't find... they
only where on sourceware.cygnus.com, it turned out.
Why don't you ask the people at ftp.kernel.org either to give you access
again, mirror glibc from cygnus or just remove it?
