gdb 4.17 & glibc-2.0.104

Is there a patch for gdb-4.17 or a newer version around to enable it to be
built with glibc-2.0.104? I'm getting two errors for unknown definitions
of PTRACE_ATTACH & PTRACE_DETACH.
