Weird linking-problem

I installed the following:

glibc-2.0.7-980401.tar.gz
glibc-crypt-2.0.6.tar.gz
glibc-linuxthreads-2.0.7.tar.gz
glibc-localedata-2.0.7pre2.tar.gz

The problem is still there.
