Patch generation using CVS

Back on 2 Jun 1998, Gord submitted some patches to libc.  Ulrich replied:

> I've applied the changes.  But please don't generate patches using cvs
> diff in future.  They are not usable due to these stupid CVS
> restrictions.  The file name are not complete.

I wanted to let folks know that there's a patch to CVS that changes
this behavior.  Check out:

  http://www.cyclic.com/cvs/unoff-diffname2.txt

I think that will give you the full filenames that you're looking for.
