"make" reaches the "make -C sunrpc others" point and then
the following error message is printed:
make[2]: *** [/usr/src/gnu/objdir/sunrpc/xbootparam.stmp] Segmentation fault (core dumped)

I think that the fault is thrown by
/usr/src/gnu/objdir/elf/ld-linux.so.2
