I'm testing glibc-2.0.102, and I found some bug about japanese,
(EUC-JP, SJIS, ISO-2022-JP).
1. character convert table error.
2. variable name error.
3. pointer increment is fogetten
4. minor converting algorism error
5. and so on.

1. iconv -f SJIS -t UCS4 < any-japanese-file
2. iconv -f EUC-JP -t UCS4 < any-japanese-file
3. iconv -f ISO-2022-JP -t UCS4 < any-japanese-file
