Build failures with make-3.77

Do you use the patch necessary for make-3.77 to work on glibc-2.1? Check
out the make-3.77 SRPM on ftp://rawhide.redhat.com for the patch. With it
make-3.77 works just fine here with egcs-1.1.1pre3 and glibc-2.0.104 on PPC.
