Hi!

Funda Wang's comment was an extremely helpful hint. My libxml2 was built
without LZMA support (but I'm on 2.13.7).

The libxml2-2.14.0 release notes say:
> The “legacy” configuration option won’t enable support for HTTP and
LZMA anymore. These features will be removed in the next release.

... so we better not rely on that anymore in libabigail.
