This issue should now be addressed by commit
https://sourceware.org/cgit/libabigail/commit/?id=50497911e2590c21270e0763d277457cf7752c3f.

It provides the configure option --enable-inlined-xxhash to build libabigail
using an inlined xxhash.  Otherwise, the package links against the shared
library of xxhash.
