I wrote a hacky readelf output to DIE graph script. For both kernels, I can
find chains of DIEs:

function dev_get_by_name returns type struct net_device *
struct net_device has a member ip_ptr of type struct in_device *
struct in_device has a member mc_list of type struct ip_mc_list
