This problem should be fixed by commit
https://sourceware.org/git/?p=libabigail.git;a=commit;h=93fea0667eee6324ce7d827e80a3e7e03acb68e3
to the master branch of the git repository.

The fix should be available in the 1.0.rc6 release.
