We should have a mode that runs the tests under Valgrind and reports the
possible errors.

For instance, when we use a command like that looks like:

 USE_VALGRIND=1 make check

or

 USE_VALGRIND=1 make distcheck

The tests would be run under the control of Valgrind and the resulting errors
would be saved in usual place where test errors are saved.
