Running abipkgdiff tool between two packages built for different architectures,
doesn't show architecture changes for consisting libraries in case of no ABI
changes.

For example,
Package1 -
https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org//packages/libusb/0.1.5/6.fc23/x86_64/libusb-0.1.5-6.fc23.x86_64.rpm
Package2 - 
http://s390.koji.fedoraproject.org/kojifiles/packages/libusb/0.1.5/6.fc23/s390x/libusb-0.1.5-6.fc23.s390x.rpm

$ abipkgdiff Package1 Package2

No message related to architecture change.
