Bug emails are going to be sent to this list

Hello dear Abigail-ers :-)

Some of you have expressed intest in being notified about the
discussions that happen in our bug comments, have a chance to join those
discussions and have them be archived and indexed for later search.

As a result, bugs and their comments are going to be sent to this
mailing list, that is quite low traffic anyway.

If at some point the traffic becomes too annoying then we'll create a
libabigail-bugs separate mailing list.  But for now, I suspect this will
do just fine, at least for some time.
