Kawa 1.12 release condiate

I've uploaded updated release candidates, in the same place:

This time the .jar includes JavaFX support, as described here:

For example:

$ java -cp kawa-1.12.jar:jfxrt.jar kawa.repl HelloAnimation.scm

The .jar still work on Java 5 (though without JavaFX support).
