build failure using ant with default settings

One more fix: with r7233, build.xml produces a jar file with *only*  
the META-INF stuff:

$ jar tf kawa-1.12.jar
META-INF/
META-INF/MANIFEST.MF
META-INF/services/
META-INF/services/javax.script.ScriptEngineFactory

It still needs the fileset refid=build.classes part. Patch attached.
