Kawa Scheme in App Inventor for Android

As Google promised in a blog post last year, they've begun opening App Inventor for Android up to more people.

Note the Kawa mention at the bottom of the page, and "Request Access" at the top of the sidebar.

This should definitely be in the "Projects Using Kawa" section of the manual.
