updated Javadoc documentation for Kawa

I've updated the Javadoc API documentation for Kawa:
http://www.gnu.org/software/kawa/api/
In addition to all the changes to the code (since November 2003!),
it now includes (I believe) all the Java packages, and a few more
package descriptors.  I used JavaDoc from JDK 1.5 - and fixed lots
of little errors, so javadoc run with no errors or warnings.
