It seems that closing a window opened with scheme-window exits java. Is this a peculiarity of my setup (X11/twm), a bug, or intended behavior? It's nice being able to put (scheme-window #t) in a BRL page to interact with the interpreter running on my web server, but I'd like to be able to close that window and leave things running.
