xquery test

I'd like to include these as part of the regression testing
for kawa-xquery, but I haven't gotten around to it.  I started
looking at it briefly.  A number of the tests use the
"descendent-or-self' "axis" - usually in the form of the '//'
abbreviated path syntax.  These don't work.
